We’re proud to serve a loyal and expanding patient base, supported by a state-of-the-art facility with 13 operatories, CBCT, two CEREC units, and advanced implant and laser technology. Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee: $850/day for the first 3 months
- Compensation: 35% of collections (office maintains 98%+ collection rate)
- Earning Potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually
- Signing Bonus: Negotiable, paid on a scheduled basis based on experience and relocation
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,500
- Continuing Education: $4,000 annual CE stipend + travel and expenses covered
- 401(k): Up to 4% employer match
- PTO & Holidays: Paid major holidays (PTO negotiable, based on collections-based model)
- Additional Incentives: Production bonus system
The Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Optional: abbreviated Fridays available
- Position Type: Full-time or part-time (open to both)
- Flexibility: No weekends required; schedule adaptable based on associate’s preferences
- Clinical Focus: Perform within your comfort zone, with encouragement and mentorship to expand your skill set
- Procedures Include: Restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry, as well as laser and digital workflows
